Our subscription service covers graphic design services that are tailored to each client. This includes but is not limited to:

Turnaround Times

For each design request we receive we generate a quote to be approved our clients, the quote details the work to be done and a timeframe tailored specifically to the clients needs.

Communication and Availability 

Preferred communication channels are email and Slack.

Our hours of operation flexible to our clients. One of our value propositions is to be available for our clients whenever they require us to be.

Reporting

Every week a report is delivered to our clients which include the work that was executed/approved and the amount of hours that have been used on a given period.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon payment, clients receive full rights to the work produced. The agency retains the right to use the work for portfolio purposes.

Payment Terms

Billing is conducted on a monthly basis the 26th of each month, with payments due 4 days after each period is closed.

Preferred payment method is through Deel.com where we onboard and manage most of our clients.

Other accepted payment methods are traditional wire transfers (SWIFT).

Underutilization and Overages:

Underutilization of credits: Out of the allocated credits each month, a maximum of 20% can be carried over and reallocated to the following month.

(Example: a client with a 20 credits per month package can carry over 4 credits that were not utilized in that period onto the next, which results in having 24 credits allocated for the next period)

Maximum Monthly credits: The total credits allocated for a given month, including any carryover hours, should not exceed 20% over the standard package of credits.

(Example: a client with a 20 credits per month subscription package can at most have 24 credits allocated for a given period including carryover credits from another period.)

Overages: In the event that the client exceeds the allocated credits in a given cycle (not including carryover credits), up to 10% of the additional credits in overages will be billed at the same rate at the as the monthly subscription. For any additional work beyond the initial 10% of overages, a new fee will be introduced.

(Example: a client with a 20 credit per month subscription requires 22 credits of work in a given period, these 2 extra credits will be charged at the same rate as the first 20, beyond 22 credits a new fee per hour would be introduced)

Termination and Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
